Signify's Board of Directors is comprised of one non-executive and three executive directors.

Chairman (Non-Executive)

John Avery

A full time professional director, John's external directorships include chairmanship of Independent Timber Merchants Co-operative Limited, Fund Managers Auckland Limited, NSM Contracting Limited, and Snowplanet Limited. He is also a director of the Warehouse and JLE Management Services Limited.

John is a former partner in law firm Hesketh Henry including tenure as both managing partner and chairman.
